What is a client assessment platform?
It is custom software that delivers your diagnostic or intake process to clients online, scores their responses automatically using your own logic, stores everything in a private admin panel, and generates branded reports. It replaces the manual cycle of sending a document, scoring it by hand, and writing the report from scratch.
Why not just use a form builder like Typeform or Google Forms?
Form builders collect answers. They do not run complex scoring logic, generate structured client deliverables in your branding, or give you a working admin panel. More importantly, your methodology becomes content inside a platform you do not control. If your framework is your differentiator, that matters.
Is my methodology safe?
Yes. The platform is built around your framework without exposing it. It runs on infrastructure you own, the scoring logic is not visible to anyone taking the assessment, and it is not uploaded into any third-party product.
Can it handle validated psychological or diagnostic instruments?
Yes, including established instruments scored against published norms. If you sell into organizations you have to be able to defend your numbers, and scoring against recognised research is defensible in a way an invented scale is not.
Do I still review reports before clients see them?
Yes, and that is the recommended default. Generated documents pass through a generate, edit, and approve flow with you as the final checkpoint. The system removes the blank page, not the expert.
How long does an assessment platform take to build?
It is the largest of the systems described here and is usually delivered in phases: assessment and admin panel first, then scoring and reporting, then any automation layered on top. Phasing means you see value early instead of waiting for one large launch.
